Ashley will be providing you with concrete tools, specific language and example communications needed to create calm between you and your agitated Ex.
I understand your concerns are urgent; therefore, you can finish this program in as little as one week or break it down into three weeks.
In this 3- session program we will be breaking it down into 2 important topics and ending with a meditation and mindset session with Jason Blau.
Session One- Communicating with Your Ex:
I know and understand communicating with your Ex is already difficult. When we are faced with handling these unprecedented times, we are filled with anxiety that skews the way we use our voices to communicate. It’s hard. I get it. Tone is very important and changes everything. The fear and worry about how the other parenting is handling this quarantine situation can add extra stress. I am going to help you eliminate that stress in session one. I am going to teach you the specific tools and language to text, email or converse with your Ex during quarantine. You will leave this session with concrete taking points and communication written for you.
Session Two- Communicating with Your Children:
Your children are dealing with trauma everyday already with your issues about divorce; now their anxiety is even more heightened due to corona. With COVID-19 your child may only be with one parent or they are being transferred back and forth and do not understand what is going on. I will teach you how to communicate with your children during quarantine and ease the fear and worry of what is going on for them and you. You will leave this session with concrete talking and discussion points written for your children that you can send to them.
Session Three- Communicating with Yourself (All About You)
Your world may feel like an isolated and scary place right now, but it is more important now that ever to keep our minds and bodies healthy and in a state of balance.
You may find yourself feeling stressed, anxious, and worried about family and loved ones, finances, work obligations, or navigating through all of the information regarding COVID-19 and the effects it is having in your life.
Meditation is a great way to help keep us feeling grounded and present, rather than allowing your minds to wander off into fear, worry, and anticipation. It helps shift your mindset and create a sense of calmness and peace in the mind and body.
