Co Parent Coaching

Dr. Sue Signature
Co-Parent Coaching

Navigating a difficult co-parenting relationship can be tough.

Co-parenting coaching offers specialized support to help separated or divorced parents improve their communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, all with a focus on the children's well-being. This type of coaching provides strategies for navigating the complexities of co-parenting, setting healthy boundaries, and creating a stable and supportive environment across both homes.

Ultimately, co-parenting coaches equip parents with the tools they need to prioritize their children's needs and build a more positive co-parenting dynamic, which greatly benefits the children's adjustment and development.

We did not have contact with our grandchildren or daughter for 5 years. Dr. Sue and her team gave us the tools and the techniques to reconnect with our daughter that lead us back to our grandchildren. We were amazed. We did the mindset work and followed their guidance and it happened. Thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Grateful Grandparents to Rachel & Zoey
